Rev. Ann Fuller

Picture
Pete and Carol on May 20, 2012
I officiate weddings and other ceremonies primarily in central Florida, but do travel upon request. The furthest away I've officiated a wedding has been Rockaway, New Jersey. I'm still waiting for someone to jet me off to London or Rome to officiate their wedding, but I'd be quite happy with a Caribbean island as well.

Rites of passage are an important part of life whether we are members of a religious community, consider ourselves "spiritual but not religious," or are completely secular. In ritual, our joys are multiplied and our sorrows diminished when loved ones gather to celebrate our greatest happiness or alleviate our deepest pain. While this site is primarily devoted to weddings, it is my honor to assist you with child dedications or memorial services - any ritual for which you feel a professional would be helpful and appropriate.

Community Minister

Rev. Fuller's On-line Calendar
My role as a Community Minister has enabled me to meet a broad range of people and participate in events I might not have otherwise experienced. In addition to preaching to Unitarian Universalist congregations throughout Florida, I have had the pleasure of:

  • officiating baby naming ceremonies, weddings and memorial services
  • meeting with and corresponding with inmates at the Brevard County Detention Center who request non-denominational or humanist clergy
  • speaking to residents of retirement communities
  • visiting  people in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and nursing homes
  • delivering the invocation at the groundbreaking of the Wickham Park Senior Center and other community events
  • coordinating relief efforts for natural disaster victims
  • teaching a class with the Shepherd's Center
  • providing  marriage education to couples wanting to learn more about their relationship
  • participating in community events dedicated to promoting peace and diplomatic solutions.
