Rites of passage are an important part of life whether we are members of a religious community, consider ourselves "spiritual but not religious," or are completely secular. In ritual, our joys are multiplied and sorrows divided when loved ones gather to celebrate our greatest happiness or alleviate our deepest pain.  While the site is primarily devoted to weddings, it is my honor and pleasure to assist you with child dedications or memorial services - any ritual for which you feel a professional would be helpful and appropriate.

Registration now open for the March 2012 group marriage education class.

If you see a Red thumbtack with the words "Contract Pending" on the calendar, the date and time may still be available. If you see such a conflict, I will be happy to contact the couple to see if they intend to confirm their booking.

Whether you are eloping with just the two of you or planning the social affair of the season, you're going to have plenty of questions. Even if you've been married before, you're likely to run up against a detail or two that just plain stumps you. Take a deep breath and tell yourself, "Rev. Fuller can help."

The first thing you need to remember is the requirements are minimal. The two of you, a marriage license, an exchange of vows and an officiant to declare you married are all that are necessary for you to become legally married. Not very romantic, so everything else is the fun stuff.

I once had a bride tell me that she and her fiancé were considering anything that went wrong a "unique wedding memory" rather than a "problem." That's a great attitude! The list of pages to the left will hopefully provide you with a great deal of help, but if my site fails to answer your question please send me an email or give me a call. If I don't know the answer, I will find out. You never know. What started out as a simple innocent question may end up as an entire page on my site dedicated to a new topic of interest.

In short, the marriage license is not the bureaucratic nightmare it may appear, there is an astounding variety of places to get married in Brevard County, rehearsing is an art rather than a science, wedding etiquette isn't rocket science either,  home weddings have their own special concerns, vow renewals are an opportunity for creativity, small intimate wedding packages are available, and emergency kits seemingly include everything under the sun. I address the special concerns relative to beach weddings in their own dedicated section of the website.
