If you see a Red thumbtack with the words "Contract Pending" on the calendar, the date and time may still be available. If you see such a conflict, I will be happy to contact the couple to see if they intend to confirm their booking.

Because this package is customizable it is often difficult to provide an exact quote until we have had an opportunity to meet in person (or speak at length over the telephone if you are not in the area). I really need to get a good idea of your expectations and how I can meet or exceed them before I can give you a definite price. I do promise that once a very reasonable price as been determined, there will never be any last minute budgetary surprises.

My Intimate Wedding Package is just that. It is designed for simple, but elegant and small, but romantic. If you would like a package wedding for more than ten guests and envision a decorated arch or canopy, tiki torches, etc. I can recommend several beach wedding package planners in the area. I create and officiate a beautiful and meaningful ceremony and happily function as the MC for a lovely little reception with the basic traditions, but more than that is beyond my capabilities. What is an Intimate Wedding Package?

• Does an intimate gathering or private elopement appeal to you?

• Do you want a modicum of pomp and circumstance?

• Do you want something a little more romantic than a courthouse ceremony?

• Do you want to not have to decide anything beyond what you will wear and buy anything other than your rings?

It is the ritual of the wedding ceremony that renders the transition to marriage more immediate and meaningful. If you prefer to experience more than simply appearing before the clerk of the court but do not envision an elaborate affair--a small private wedding ceremony at my home in Melbourne, at Rotary Park in Suntree on the river or at Pelican Beach Park  or Hightower Beach Park in Satellite Beach might suit your needs.

I am delighted to provide:

• Wedding Music (may be difficult to hear on the beach, but suitable background music for the pavilion reception)

• White Silk Bridal Bouquet and Boutonniere

• Unity Ritual (Unity Candle (indoors only), Sand Ceremony or Cord/Knot)

• The same customized crafting of the ceremony I provide for all couples

• Cake Cutting with sterling silver

• Champagne and/or Cider Toast

• Table decor including plates, cutlery, and napkins. (every attempt is made to accommodate color preferences)

• Photography (amateur, but perfectly competent. I can also refer you to reasonably priced and delightful professional photographers if you prefer)

• Keepsake Marriage Certificate

for you and up to ten guests (not including children under six years of age).

Are there any keepsakes we take home with us?

Absolutely!

The bridal couple takes home:

* Keepsake Marriage Certificate

* Printed Copy of Complete Wedding Ceremony

* Sand Ceremony Vase, Unity Candle or Knot Ceremony Cords

* Either a CD of .jpg files mailed within a week, my photographer can take pictures using your camera so you have immediate access to your photos, or a combination of both.

* Any leftover cake and toasting beverage

* One or two other little surprises

How much does an Intimate Wedding Package cost?

The exact package cost depends upon your unique circumstances. I realize not all couples will want exactly the same wedding, the number of guests will vary and some items in the package may not be applicable. For example, I have had one couple arrange for fresh flowers on their own and another hire a professional photographer. I am also willing to entertain other reasonable requests that are within my ability to provide. I included both a guitarist and bubble favors for one couple. The following prices are considered fairly typical for budgetary purposes. I recommend a consultation meeting to determine your exact needs and expectations. All package costs are determined up front at the time of contract so there are never any budgetary surprises.

I am afraid I am unable to provide a wedding dress and tuxedo....unless the bride happens to be a size 10 and the groom is a 42 long. Then we might be able to talk.
